Hello I'm new to all this chicken stuff. Just got my 1st 2 chickens yesterday and I'm looking forward to the fun I will get from these chickens. I'm also hoping to get loads of advice as don't know that much about chickens.
I was wondering if anyone could advice me on what breed of chickens these are as all I've been told is there a polish breed.
Well that's it for now if I think of anything else I'll pop back in and ask away. Plus I'll be reading some of the stuff on here looks very interesting.well bye for now.

Hi :welcome

Glad you could join the flock! Congratulations on your new chickens :celebrate How exciting for you to be starting out on this new adventure. The learning centre is a great place to start for lots of articles on keeping your chickens happy, safe and healthy. Here is the link if you have not already stopped by there ~ https://www.backyardchickens.com/atype/1/Learning_Center

I'm afraid your chickens are not pure polish. They could be a cross with polish as they do have a slight crest. I've hatched some polish cross ones before and they look very similar. Here are the cross ones ~

Thank your taking the time to reply. I see there is a big difference between the chickens. I am going to see if I have a broody chicken and try get some fertile eggs. As I want a few more. I got a 50ft by 20ft garden for them to run round in.so I'll take my time and read up loads. My girls are still getting used to there coop and garden so hope to see some eggs in next week or two.thank you for your help. Rob
