Tiny white raised blob middle of chickens eye

:(    My Hen is a Blue Ranger she has a closed eye and opens it from time to time i have bathed it twice a day with a saline solution which she hates when she opens her eye there is  a tiny round blob in the middle of her pupal causing her to close her eye its the colour of the white of a egg when its boiled it looks like an insect egg i have tried to get it off but she becomes stressed so i have to let her go she is eating and drinking ok but dose not join in with other very much i have done the isolation bit but have put her back and have now isolated the bullies can anybody help i feel helpless not knowing how to help her I have looked on line everywhere its not like anything i have seen on there will she go blind it seems to be latched on whatever it is

Could it be a small tummer of some kind?

Could be eye worms...can you get good clear close up pics of it?

Could be something stuck in her eye ball....vet visit a possibility?

 

Will ask this be moved to disease forum, might get more answers there.

Gotta figure out what it is first.

It may not be a DIY thing, might need to find a vet.
