Your "Ameraucanas" are in all likelihood Easter Eggers, though if they lay more blue than green eggs they might be stock that has a decent amount of true Ameraucana blood. Your rooster certainly is. Easter Eggers, even well bred ones, are mutts, and hatcheries keep a large stock of them, so it should be fine to breed him to your females. The chances of relation are minute.

True Araucanas and Ameraucanas will lay blue. I believe Legbars are supposed to as well. Colloncas, a South American village fowl and ancestor of the Araucana, lay a very rich blue egg, but I believe they are pretty rare outside of South America.
