Chirping
I know as far as beak injuries go, this is just a scratch, but I was wondering what the best practices are for treating a beak when it splits like this. At first I planned to leave it alone and let it get worn down, but now I'm concerned that the split will continue up the beak unless I clip the damaged part off. For now, he just chirps with a lisp, "fweef, fweef, fweef" hehe j/k
