I have decided to get my pet rabbit out of his cage and let him run with my duck. The pen in my yard is about 16 ft. by 8 ft. with a small kiddy pool.
My duck gets a blend of Zupreem parrot pellets and laying chicken feed. My rabbit gets Hay with Rabbit pellets.
Both feeds are in bowls on the ground for easy access. I noticed that the duck snags a few bites out of the rabbit food and vice versa.
Will this hurt them? If so what can I do about it? I hate to put the rabbit back in his cage. He is enjoying running around on the fresh grass.
Windy.

Sharing small amounts of feed should not hurt either. I have had problems with 'free range' rabbits developing diarrhea - Generally in the summer. Not certain if it was coccidiosis or somehow heat related.
