Rooster or hen

The last 2 look like light Brahma cockerels. They look like hatchery stock. My pullet from Ideal has hardly any feathering on her legs

She is definitely a light Brahma.

I'm pretty sure cavemanrich is correct, but just check the tails of your chickens. Roosters, even in their early ages, have slightly curved tail feathers that are not very defined and are slightly pointy. Hens have broad, straight tail feathers that have well defined, and rounded on the tips. For examples, I suggest you watch this video on Youtube, about 2 month old chickens, even though yours are older.

Hope this helps!

Quote: Sorry bout that, but both of your Light Brahma's are Cockerels. The pea comb is a sure give away, there are 3 rows to the roosters comb, plus i see saddle feathers, and hackle feathers on them that are indicative of cockerels. (i have 3 light brahma's cockerels myself, and 3 light brahma hen's the hens combs are only a single row, and look almost non existent at 20 weeks right now, just the tiniest of ridges above their beak.)

Hello Donray
Thank you for your gracious reply. Good luck on the health of your Baby. I hope it gets well and despite your discourtesy I will be praying for both you and your wife.

I didn't know simple facts could be either gracious or discourteous. What I posted were facts for educational purposes, we don't like to have mis-information floating around on this site.

And in the spirit of keeping facts straight, I'm not a lesbian so I don't have a wife. And I don't have a baby, sick or otherwise. I think you're confusing me with someone else.
