My sweet little EE, Dottie is having some issues. Moshe is constantly preening herself. There are bald spots on her and I can only assume some type of mires. I have dusted her multiple times with permithium dust, worked her, sprayed her and everything else with poultry protector, and the poor thing won't stop. I have gone out at night looking for creepy crawlies in her vent area and nothing! I ordered her an apron so I'm going to try that next.
Should I give her a bath??? Will that help? Maybe it's dome type of mite I can't see, but my other hens are perfectly fine. Who knows, maybe she's neurotic.
Any suggestions????? Any thing will help my poor girl. She's such a sweetie, I really want to help her if I can.
