Well here we go guys, thirteen weeks old. She puffs up lately, like a roo might, challenges my husband, lol. but her comb is still completely yellow. It also looks like she might have saddle feathers?!?

Absolutely a pullet.

Her coloring can create an optical illusion of pointed feathers, but when you look at the actual feather itself it's nice and rounded.
 
I had an EE /cochin cross roo over a bantam cochin hen make babies that look similar to that. So maybe there's cochin in the mix somewhere . I have gotten all possible mixes of colors including a few that look like yours.

This one has the fluffy face and legs.

What a cutie!!! Mine is over three months now. Some kind of cochin /EE mix seems to be the consensus. Here she is just a few days ago
