she has been in for 32 days and when she pipped it's been over 48 hours and I read that if they do these things then help them out so I did, I peeled back the shell and she started pushing out herself and once she did she started bleeding and her lower region is swollen. what do I do? I'm so afraid right now

she also pipped at the wrong end so when I was peeling the shell there was no veins there, but her lower region is not as swollen anymore and appears normal. in her shell it looks like she hasn't absorbed all of her yolk yet though

Would be best to get her off the wire and onto a soft, dry, clean towel. Can you post a picture of her umbilicus?

I'm curious to see the pic as well, and I agree with Kathy about getting her off the wire. I'd try giving her some lukewarm water with either poultry Nutri-Drench or a poultry vitamin/electrolyte mixed in.

I'm not clear on the 32 days and too early part. Is this a Muscovy?
 
Maybe I'm missing something or we need a better shot here of whatever is wrong because I'm not seeing it. Looks like a normal duckling to me. Just for the future, if you ever have navel swelling in a newly-hatched duckling, you don't want to keep it on wire. The swelling will often subside if it's kept on a soft, clean cloth. You don't want it on anything that it can scrape around on or anything dirty that can get it infected.

I'm a little confused about the too early at 32 days. That's 3-4 days past "due date" for a Pekin. They normally take roughly 28 days, +/- a day depending on incubation conditions. Do you know what the temp and humidity in the incubator were during the pre-lockdown and during lockdown?

All this aside, looks like you did okay and have a beautiful little baby.
