That's what I'm talking about! I look at the eclipse pictures and just want to figure out "how far along?" haha.

Wish we could have seen it we went out but it was cloudy and raining so no show for us. I sure appreciate the pics though.The crazy thing is when we saw it, it was already in the "blood red" stage (in the umbra phase of the eclipse) and the dark shadow of the Earth on it was moving and flicking around! That part was unexpected. I didn't immediately think egg candling until I saw some of the pictures people took. Remembering the dark shadowy movement that we witnessed (I guess from changes in the intensity of the sun as it filtered through Earth's atmosphere), it really was like egg candling. Crazy!
