Chick with Wry neck disease

Wry neck often occurs so the neck lies on the back, almost as if they're looking up at the sky, or trying to tuck their head under their wing. I've also heard of their heads going under their bodies, in between their legs, which can make them lose their balance and fall forward. In chicks is most often a vitamin deficiency. Are you giving the chicks electrolytes in their water?

UPDATE:She is now doing well, I asked my Ag teacher at school and she told me to give her plenty of Sav-A-Chick, in concentrated for to make up for what she couldn't eat. Now she is up and walking and has full control of her neck. Thanks for responding!!!
