Glad you could join the flock! What a beautiful budgie you have there, very nice colour. I'm afraid I dont any experience at all with budgies so can't help you with sexing your bird. I see you have posted in the caged birds section, I'm sure other members over there will be able to help you.

I also have two female budgies which were in good shape but now one of them isnt her feathers are that messed up because the other one beats her up everytime. So I don't know what to do and now the new budgie is getting the beating treatment from the female as well what do you suggest I do. Thanks in advance.
 
Philnj has given you very good advice. When I was a kid my friend had male and female parakeets. So I learned the ones with a blue cere were male, and if they still have barring above the beak they were youngsters.
