Woohoo! At week 32, one of the EEs (Brownie or Stripers) finally laid an egg. A beautiful light green egg! Now to work on figuring out who it is and convincing her to lay in the nesting box. The one I found was in a puddle
Congratulations! I reeeeaaaallllyyy wantcan EE that lays those beautiful seafoam green eggs. I am green with envy. My two at 29 weeks or so both layed pink. The other turned into a roo
I'm starting to get suspicious that one of the EEs is also laying pink/buff eggs. Our BO lays light tan/pink eggs, and someone definitely laid a light green one. But they are all really close and sitting in the nesting boxes, do I wonder if some of those pink ones are coming from one if the EEs.
Mine are buff EE crosses so they are the ones that are pinkish. Not a true pink, but pink next to my Barred rock and RIR eggs. I still have half of mine not laying stc30+ weeks, but like I said another started this weekend
