Adding a hen in with a young flock?

I have a mixed flock of 12 that are around 10 weeks old. My question was can I integrate an older hen say around 1yr old in with them?

You can try they are young enough yet, house them where she can see them for a week or two than try mingling them, the hen will hopefully ignore them with an occasional peck to remind them she is boss.
Chickens, muscovy ducks, turkeys, donkeys , goats, dogs, bunnies, fish, parakeets, a parrot, and a cat.

Chickens and dogs are healing to the soul.

Why can't my days always be Sunnyside up?

I brake for squirrels.

Some of my birds.

I agree - the older hen should be a little too overwhelmed to keep chasing all the young ones around! In addition to the above, i would suggest having at least 2 feeding stations - cuts down aggression and ensure that all your chickens have access to food.

Good luck
