14 week old Silkie - hen or roo?

Thread Starter

I am striking out on Silkies and it seems like all of mine show themselves as male just after I get rid of everyone who I thought was male.  What are the thoughts on this 14 week old?  He is wet and muddy in these photos so I can get better photos tomorrow morning if it helps.  He is not crowing yet.

Cockerel

I set fire to the rain! Watch it pour as I, touched your face. Well it burn while I cried, because I heard it screaming out your name. And I threw us into flames. I knew that was the last time, the last time...I set fire to the rain! -Adele

Cockerel.

Breeder of Dutch bantams, Wyandotte bantams, and a few exhibition rabbits.

Feel free to ask me questions about chicken and rabbit care, breeds, and showing! I'm always happy to help!

Nature's first green is gold,

Her hardest hue to hold.

Her early leaf's a flower

But only so an hour.

Then leaf subsides to leaf.

So Eden sank to grief,

So dawn goes down to day.

Nothing gold can stay. --Robert Frost
