I swear when it rains it pours over here. Some of my chickens developed fowl pox. My group who had the poxine vaccines as babies have shown no signs and are ready for the permanent vaccine. We gave it tonight. After we gave the vaccine to my FAVORITE girl. I noticed the bottom of her feet. The skin is discolored and wrinkly. There are little sores too. At first I thought it was bumble foot. Now I am wondering if it is pox! What do you guys think? I may rush her to the vet tomorrow.

Fowl pox can affect non-feathered parts of the body such as the feet and legs, although it is more common on the comb, wattles, and face but I'm not aware of any risk in vaccinating after being exposed to pox. Make sure that she continues to eat and drink, and is not stressed. Here are some links to read, and I would get closely monitor her.

Thank you. The bottom of her feet are the only areas like this. She is acting normal. I may separate her to give her some extra TLC and keep a closer eye on her. She may be taking strip to the vet.
