chick with bad leg

I posted here about a chick hatched with a bad leg. I finally have a decent picture of it.[/IMG][/IMG]

Looks like a deformity. Deformities do not heal. If it is capable of moving around, and can get to food and water on it's own, then there's no reason not to just leave it be, but if it cannot move, then culling is the best option.
