chick wounded... maybe nerve damage? please help me!

First of all, I apologize for my poor english...

I have a chick of about 20 days. Two days ago it fell from a height of about 4 feet. I found him lying on the ground and I don't know how he's hurt. He is unable to get up, the legs are stretched back. I did not feel broken bones. Maybe he's hurt the hip joint or the knee or maybe he has damaged nerves.. Someone can help me? What can I do? Thanks to everyone who will answer me. I include photos.

Hi there,

Keep him warm, give vitamins in water. At this time, it is hard to tell what will happen. You will need to watch him closely.

You should be able to buy them in a farm store. Something like 'Save-a-chick' ask for a chick electrolyte and vitamin solution. :)
