Just my opinion but I don't think that you got Royal Palms.

Welsummers, mixed breed chickens, Blue Slate turkeys, Sweetgrass turkeys and guineas.

In wonderful Wyoming.

I think they should have black by now, is it possible they are midget whites instead?

17+ pigeons, about 20 coturnix quail, 10 chickens and 2 angora rabbits

You are saying that your turkeys are approximately 5 months old.  Here is a Royal Palm tom that I had and is approximately 9 weeks old.

Royal Palm tom age 9 weeks

The turkeys that you posted a picture of are not Royal Palms but instead are some variety of white turkey.
