I've got 4 chicks and I'm a bit worried because they always do this yawning motion stretching their necks out and opening there mouths is this something I should be concerned about? Also my polish chick always shakes its head almost like its itching is it possibly lice he/she is only 2 weeks old.

I think they are only trying to swallow, they eat dry chick feed and I'm pretty sure it gets stuck in there throats.
Chickens, muscovy ducks, turkeys, donkeys , goats, dogs, fish, parakeets, a parrot, and a cat.

Chickens and dogs are healing to the soul.

I brake for squirrels.

Some of my birds.
