What breeds are these?

Mixed breed rooster, possibly with Easter Egger or game blood
Black one is a pullet and since the cockerels are mixes, it is likely she's also mixed. If she is pure, it is likely she's a Jersey Giant. The other chicken is a mixed breed cockerel.
Mixed breed cockerel
Hen in front might be a mixed breed or a White Plymouth Rock. The other two are mixed breed cockerels.

So besides the rooster the rest are hens? The big white is a hen for sure but the chicks are roosters or hens?
Cockerel is what a male chicken under a year old is called. All your chicks are cockerels, except the black one.

How do I know if there hens then, sorry I ask but I'm new to this sexing.

I always look at the nubs on the inside of there legs
hens can have spurs though usually smaller than a roosters. It also depends on breed or mix.
