Hey everyone. I just noticed that my girl, Ariel, has a swollen foot this morning. I don't know if it's been like this for a while or not. Has anyone dealt with this before or know what to do for her?
It's only her right foot and it does not feel like it's a fluid filled blister at all but more stiff. She's not a big, heavy girl. She's a smaller golden comet or RSL. She usually free ranges all day, one of the first ones out and last ones in at night. She and her sister stick together and travel far and wide. Right now, I have her in some warm water with lavender oil, soaking. She's going to be upset with me but she's going in a crate for a few days. I'll probably bring her sister, Daffodil, in to stay with her. Is there anything else I should do for her to help? Does anyone have any clue what it is?
