My best guess would be a polish chicken.

She is really small and lays really small eggs. She is white with grayish/blue coloed spots thru-out. I got her with two others her size and with the feathers on their heads but, they are black and orange.

The first hen is part Buff laced- mixing that with other colors will give some with her color.
They look to be either from different colors polish allowed to breed together or mostly polish with a dash of mixed breed in them.
