What is your favorite quail breed? Please post anything you'd like, names, tips, facts, housing requirements, pics, videos, and sources! Thank you all!

We are trying to figure out what kind of quail to raise next, so please add pros and cons. Thank you! I will post what quail species I choose for our new, soon to be quail pen!
 
We can't have buttons, it gets way too cold here, into the teens, and we don't want an indoor pet, plus we have done two batches to sell/give them away and only ended up rehoming one white button. We are pretty sure we will do coturnix for the first time...were yours flighty?
 
Coturnix hands down. Cuteness, tame, eggs all year (even when the chickens are freeloading), meat at 6-8 weeks, eggs at 6-12 weeks, easy to find, easy to incubate and raise, and color varieties if you are so inclined.
