Please Help!

Hello,
I have a 1.5 year old standard Buff Brahma hen. This morning, when letting the flock out of the coop she didn't come out. Instead she stayed on the perch shivering with her eyes closed. It was 55 F out. Thinking maybe she was cold I brought her inside and put her in a heated room in a hospital cage. She didn't open her eyes for the entire time. She didn't respond to anything except shaking her head when I tried to hand water her. The other hens seem perfectly normal.

Here's what strange: There is absolutely nothing wrong with her... not egg bound, no parasites I can see, normal poop, no injuries, normal day, etc. She almost acts like she has vertigo. If you watch you can see her eyes behind the lids rolling into her head and her head pan to the right slowing every few seconds. But she doesn't seem to have a loss of balance. She gapes and seems to have a gag reflex the couple of times she opened her eyes.

It's been seven hours and she's no better. PLEASE HELP!

I would try to offer her some vitamins with electrolytes in her water with a dropper or syringe. SaveAChick or Rooster Booster Vitamins With Lactobacillus are good brands. Sometimes they will take water if you hold it up to their beak, or you can try to dip her beak. How does her crop feel--empty and flat or full? Is she hunched or puffed up? Sometimes it is very difficult to pinpoint a cause when they become this sick suddenly. How does her weight feel when you handle her breast bone? Is her lower belly full or spongy? Has she been laying eggs lately, or has she molted recently? Can you offer her some chopped egg, canned tuna, or watery chicken feed? Was she vaccinated for Mareks disease? Is she having trouble breathing?

Yes... vaccinated for Mareks, nothing seems wrong, not sour crop, not impacted. Gonna inject some Tylan 50 into her. See what it does. She doesn't seem any better. Eyes still won't open.

Here's an update on the hen:

Overall not to much of a change.

-won't open her eyes for more than a few seconds
-Refusing to eat the scrambled egg or mashed corn bits
-head still panning to the right and occasional wing jerk as though she's dizzy
-occasional gaping of the mouth
-bright pink breastbone
-occasionally jumps to the top of the hospital cage and clucks softly
-possible fever?

Here's what I've done:

-6pm yesterday; VetRx given orally and spread across her wattles and face flesh
-6pm; electrolytes hand syringed
-9:45pm; injection into the back of the neck 0.5 cc Tylan 50
-8am-hand-watered
-11am- force feed hard boiled egg yolk + more electrolytes
-12am- handled and check her over

Plan to give her another injection around 5 or 6 tonight.
Thinking that if this is some sort of infection it will begin to turn itself around maybe late today or tomorrow.
Hopefully this helps!
Anymore advice would be most definitely appreciated!
NO MATTER HOW SMALL! ALL YOUR THOUGHTS COUNT :)
