Pale comb, stretches neck and screeching

Please help. My 7 month old Orpington has had a pale comb for about a month, now seems to be missing feathers on face. Eats/drinks/acts fine other than occasionally stretches her neck and makes a loud half scream noise. Housed with 3 others that are perfectly fine. I've been adding eggs or oatmeal with Nutri-drench to her daily diet of layer feed. She's free range during the afternoons, and often is slower to come running than the others. I'm not certain that she's laying.

Welcome to BYC. She looks very tired and the eyes are droopy. Does she have any diarrhea or blood in her poop? Does she look hunched or puffed up? Is she eating and drinking normally? I would consider worming her with Valbazen 1/2 ml given orally, and repeated in 10 days. The neck stretching and screaming noise could be signs of a respiratory disease possibly. Have you seen sneezing, nasal discharge, or any swelling around her eyelids?  Can you look her skin over for any signs of tiny bugs or mites on her skin, especially near her vent? I would be tempted to treat her for possible coccidiosis with Corid if she is having diarrhea or hunched up. If it seems more like a respiratory infection, then I would get some Tylan 50 injectable, and give her 1/2 ml ORALLY twice a day for 5 days.

She doesn't appear to have any respritory issues, and no diarrhea or evidence of mites. I started giving her fenbendazole and dusting with pyrethrin this evening. When I pulled her off roost to do so, I noticed handfuls of feathers coming off when I was dusting her. Maybe she's just starting to molt...? I can start the Tylan tomorrow as a precaution. It seems like if it were contagious the others would have some issues noticeable by now, or am I wrong?
