Is my girl actually a rooster? Still unsure after researching.... What do you think?

Thanks,

Newbie

Over the years, we've had 3 surprise roosters, but we can't keep those beautiful boys in our area. The feed stores are generally good about taking them back, but we could never bear the thought of doing that. My advice, if you cant keep him, is to search online to see who your local farmers are (organic, produce, fruit, CSA, egg, farmers market people, etc..) Print out a flyer with his picture on it & take it to the farms you like & ask if they would be willing to give him a home. Its a time consuming & heart wrenching thing for our family to go thru, but at least we know our boys have found good homes. I am so sorry & wish you good luck!

I have been in denial! No spurs and no crowing yet. They are only about 18 weeks, so I presume that will start shortly. :(
He is my favorite.... Let's my son and I pick him up. This is my greeting when I go in the yard. He investigates what goodies I may be sharing, especially loves tomatoes. So, my Elsa is Elli lol

I just found this guy a home last week. This will be my second one out of my first 4 chicks to be a roo!
