Help sexing

My kids have got 2 birds there quite young say 8 weak old now I'm not allowed to keep any hens at all I decided what they dnt know won't hurt.my gut instinct makes me believe I have a cock or even two any help welcome

A better picture of the first one would really help. I think it might be male, but can't be sure.
The second one definitely looks like a boy.

both cockerels. If roosters are illegal where you live, you'd be better to start looking for homes for them right now. Crowing could happen any time.

I'm not sure actually.... With combs that red and full by 10 weeks, they SHOULD both be cockerels, but I don't see any cockerel feathers on the Buff/black one... @donrae can you help me out on what breed that Buff colored one is?
