While I know the best way to sex a Silkie is to wait for an egg or a crow, I did see a few people who swear by the shape of their beak and a couple other unconventional ways to guess the sex before the definitive cock-a-doodle-doo. So... Just for fun, do you guys have any methods you use to guess the sex of your Silkies? These are my first Silkies and we just love them!
First, Slimy Bob. His beak is outrageous...

I am having the same problem as you!! I would like to know some techniques for sexing silkies as well. Super jelly of your colors! All the guy had left was buff and partridge so that is what I have, but hoping for more in the spring! Love Slimy Bob he is gorgeous and has that same mean look as my big guy lol!
