Australorps not laying.

I have concerns about my Australorp chickens. They're 30 weeks old and still haven't laid eggs yet. I'm wondering if I have roosters? Do Australorps crow like other roosters? And yess i' new to chickens, this breed anyway. I also wonder if my dogs barking are too much for them. They've been aound them for 10 weeks now. Who knows what going on but with 2 dogs 2 cats kids someone aound here needs to earn their feed bill besides me. Hahaha
Any suggestions would be great.
 
If you post some photos we can let you know. Roosters have a different look to them so by 30 weeks it should be pretty clear if they are boys or girls. There is also an australorp specific thread which might be able to help you.

I think Mine was about 26 weeks before she started laying and pretty sure I've seen 28 weeks for Australorps too.

Sometimes this time of year can also through off a pullets onset of lay. If you can post pictures we can at least let you know if you have pullets or roosters on your hands.
