Help, I am trying to attach a video of my sick chicken and it wont allow me to?

She is a 8 month old Americana she has stopped eating she is doing this gasping thing like she can't get her breath then she starts coughing/sneezing that I have in the video. This has been going on for a week now, she is pooping green and I have her on Duramycine and I am giving it to her in her water 3 times a day. She is also switching and stretching her neck and a clear mucus is coming out of her mouth at times.
 
She may have a bad respiratory disease, and since she is so ill, she probably is not taking enough of the medicine to help. Green poop usually is a sign of not eating. I would give her Tylan 50 injectable orally or by injection 1 ml twice a day for 5 days. Then I would give her Valbazen 1/2 ml orally and repeat in 10 days, just in case she has a worm problem adding to her distress. Read Casportpony's"go team tube feeding" by entering it in the search bar at the top of the page. Tube feeding might help get her through this. I would also try to get her tested, since many diseases make carriers of the whole flock.
