We're new chicken owners and have four 10-ish week old silkies. They came from different brooder boxes and we think the oldest and youngest are maybe 2 weeks apart.
We're hoping for pullets as we have to give the roosters away....let us know what you think!
Blue frizzled silkie- Bowzer. The most mellow
Splash frizzled silkie Einstein- seems the most like a rooster and has a big waddle already
Biggest one- partridge silkie Chewbacca- acts like a broody hen already with the others (hopefully hen?)
Our most photo shy, skittish, and fiesty little one- Marshmallow the porcelain silkie who is much smaller and less feathered than the others
I know the photos aren't perfect, but any expertise would be much appreciated, thanks!
