I know these little ones are a bit on the young side at 3 weeks, but I was hoping for some guesses to gender. My first time with wyandottes and rose combs, so anyone who wants to take a guess I would appreciate it

I'd say it's way too early. I had Wyandottes this year that I would have swore were roosters at a few months old. Nope, and they are almost ready to lay.
 
I'm having the same experience with my SLW and GLW and they will be 3 weeks old tomorrow. One of them has a more developed comb with a pinkish hue. Unfortunately we will both have to wait at least 5 more weeks (maybe 8!) for anyone to give us a good guess! I'm so impatient!!!
