Any idea on the breed/mix?

Wow just looked up leghorn and they look very much like a speckled version of some of the pics online.
Is there any way to tell the age of a chicken then?

When I say she had a molt she never looked bare but her neck all changed colour...
Just been looking up and some are saying there's a mini molt mostly neck feathers around 9 months. Although it doesn't explain the lack of eggs :/
