What's wrong with my girl?

My Shirley girl is about 1.5 years old and stopped laying last spring. We thought it would pick back up after molting, but no luck.

After closer look, we notice a list of issues: pale comb, large lumps on face and chin. She's always been more delicate than the others and doesn't wander around with the other 3 hens at all. Any ideas?

Probably fowl pox, a lot of it this year, it will run it's coarse in a few weeks, just make sure she keeps eating and drinking.
 
Welcome to BYC. Was she vaccinated for Mareks disease? Fowl pox might be what has caused the swollen bumps, but do they feel soft, or are they firm like a possible tumor? Do they have scabs? Pox can be spread by disturbing the scabs, but could you try to lance one of those bumps to see if you can squeeze out any pus in case of an abscess? Since she is only 1 1/2 years old, she may not yet have recovered her laying from molt yet. Some chickens take longer than others. Check her skin for evidence of mites or lice, and think about worming her if she hasn't been wormed recently. Valbazen 1/2 ml orally to each chicken, then repeated in 10 days is good. Molts, worms, and mites can all cause pale combs.
 
Thank you for responding. We gave the flock a dose of Durvet Strike III type B dewormer, then about 2 weeks later a dose of pig swig.

I didnt see any clusters near the skin at the base of the feathers around the vent but will look closer. Will DE the coop to be safe.

The bumps are pretty soft and not scabby but will check on them. Should I isolate her from the others?

She doesn't stick with the rest of the flock. Never really has. She is the only one that roosts on top of the coop when the others go inside. We have to manually put her inside. Then she sits in the entry to sleep.
