Fowl pox

I have a small rooster I think its fowl pox a week ago I've noticed small black bumps on the comb and now it has been worse now his eye is shut but nothing in the mouth how can I help it

It does look like pox for which there is no treatment, since it is a virus carried by mosquitoes. However eye infections can be secondary bacterial infections, and cause blindness, so I would start flushing the eye with saline, and apply Terramycin eye ointment twice a day. Vetericyn Eye Wash or Eye Gel would also be good instead. For the pox scabs away from the eye, coat with iodine to help dry them. Don't disturb the scabs much since it can spread the virus. Make sure that he is eating and drinking enough, and you may want to look inside his throat for yellow spots that could be wet pox.
