Daisy is still suffering

First off, I want to thank everybody for being so responsive when anybody posts for help. It's amazing to have the support out there that we all need!

A couple of weeks ago our duck Daisy sustained an injury from what we assumed was over treading from the males. We separated her, and she seemed to get better. One she was walking normally, we put her back in with the other ducks, and changed our duck groups around so that it would reduce the aggression, etc. Very soon after being reintroduced she started limping again, and favoring her left leg. She puts her head down and opens her wings and almost seems to walk with her wings. Has anyone seen this before?

I have segregated her again, and she is in a totally different barn. She is in a nesting box, and I have not yet seen her come out. I have her food and water close by, and can't tell if she is drinking. It appears as though she is eating a little bit. The top of her left leg, where it comes out of the feathers, seems to be Baldus and bumpy. What do Peking duck's legs normally look like at the top? I took a couple of photos and will attach them to this message. Any information or advice would be greatly appreciated!
