Please Help! Sick hen is not getting better.

Hello everyone, I'm bumping this in hopes to hear some feedback..

New Welsummer hen seems very sick. She is still isolated, when I got her 2 weeks ago her comb was very pale and dry, her face looked kind of dirty and her feet were very deformed looking.  We bathed her in warm soapy water, I scrubbed her feet with an old toothbrush and then covered her feet, face and comb with a vitamin E ointment. I've also noticed a large bubble on one foot. (Maybe bumblefoot)

I've been treating her for scaly leg mites for 2 weeks but there has been very little improvement. Her nostrils and face look dirtier than when I got her and she is very hard to hold because she is molting and I am trying not to stress her out even more...

Should I treat for Favus? I have noticed a small bald spot and crusty lump on the top of her head, behind the comb.

Hi there, I'm not sure how to subscribe to a thread without posting. I too have a roo that came to me with deformed and terrible looking feet. I'm hoping I can get some help too.
(Thanks!)
