My chickens are dying can anyone help?

I need to get a message out to all the chicken owners but I don't know how to do it.  I'm having problems with my chickens.  Their top notch and waddle turn white, then they lose all energy and then they die.  I have lost two adult chickens in this last week.  Does anyone know what is causing it?

Is it everyone or just a few? I would separate any sick looking ones and keep them warm and dry with fresh food and water. When I have sick chickens I usually perk them up with some warm sugar water and a mash made of plain yogurt and oats. It usually gives them enough energy to survive a few days while i figure out what's really wrong. I had to bring in a bird recently who was listless. After a few days of tlc she went back out, good as new! Turns out she had eaten something she shouldnt have and became dehydrated from having diarhea.

Also, aside from the low activity and pale face, any other symptoms? Runny or discolored stools? Coughing or sneezing, watery eyes?

It's just those two all the others seem to be just fine.  It freaked me out because their top notch and waddle turned white like they had aged overnight.  Then the next morning they were dead.  Should I spray their coop down with anything?
