Bantam Brahma and Cochin - Slow feathering always mean cockerel?

In my last batch of chicks, I received two Silver laced Cochin bantams and one Dark Brahma bantam chick.  They are five weeks old now and one of the Cochins feathered quickly and the other one feathered slowly but feathered in the head area ahead of the other one.  The slow feathering one also has a more noticeable comb.  The Dark Brahma is still not feathered.  They are hatchery chicks.  What are the chances the slow feathering ones are male?  I usually wait to ask for gender but I just noticed the slow feathering thing so I was curious if it meant anything.  Thank you for the help!
