places to get silkies

What is the best place to get show quality silkies in partrige and/or white? I don't want to pay more than $20 a chick, and am willing to buy adults/juveniles.

I don't know if she ships, but there is a breeder near me who is renowned for her birds. Pretty much every Silkie/Sizzle fancier in the area knows her (all I have to do is mention "the Silkie Lady in Lincoln" and they all go "Oh, I know her!") and most of the Silkies at fairs around here are from her stock. I've seen her birds first hand (own a Frilkie cock out of her flock and a friend has had several of her Silkies and Frizzles) and can say they are of amazing quality.
