The first one looks like an Easter Egger rooster, could you get a better picture of the second one?
EEs aren't really a breed so the could have feathered feet. (honestly I didn't notice the feathered feet and when he said little guy I was thinking they whitish one)I didn't know EE had feathered feet. Guess I learn something every day.

With the single comb, muffs, and feathered legs, I'm going to guess he's a Belgian D'Uccle mix. I have no idea what the other guy could be.
