Hen attacked has serious neck wound and broken wing

Yes she's a real trooper. .I'm impressed with her resilience. .absolutely incredible! She is definitely a lot less active right now and she often snaps her beak open and closed which seems a litthe strange.. I haven't had an egg in 2 days but considering the damage I wouldn't expect..I hope she pulls through...definitely won't be free ranging without some proyection
 
Unfortunately there's really nothing left to sew it's just a gaping hole...

Just wanted to post an update...cluck is definitely on the road to recovery. .she hasn't laid any eggs in a few days but the wounds are healing ..thanks for all the help and encouragement

This post is from a really long time ago but what happened to her? My chicken has experienced the exact same thing and has this exact same injury. Need to know if she’s going to recover or if it’s unfair keeping her in this way.
