Please give me your opinion... Is this "Little Boy Blue" or "Bluebell"?

I think a cockerel would have a darker shade of blue on the shoulders by now. I think it's a pullet.

I think it's Bluebell. Pullet.

Bluebell as she's a small comb and it's not red at three months old like a cockerel would be.
