Light Brahma with bloody feet

My Light Brahmas feet are red and some feathers are missing. I saw another chicken pecking at her feet, I'm not sure if she's pecking because of the blood or if the blood was caused by the pecking. Help! What's causing this and what do I do?

Birds with feathered feet/legs or heads often become targets of feather picking. How long have the birds been in a flock together and is this the first time you have noticed an issue?

Could it be mites??? Do your chickens have access to dust baths and a clean coop?? I've never dealt with mites, but I know the symptoms. Feather pulling, listlessness, blood in places like their feet and vent, that kind of thing.
 
Did this ever resolve for you? I have a Brahma with very similar symptoms. I treated for scaly leg mites, but I didn’t think they caused the redness. Seriously the scales really aren’t lifted, just missing some feathers in general redness.
