I am pretty sure you need to find a bird broker to ship internationally.If they even allow that now I couldn't tell you.I tried to contact a guy that bought birds from me and had them shipped to Vietnam,but I have not heard from him.I was hoping that he would chime in and shed some light on export shipping.
