What is going on with my hen's comb?

My favorite hen has been having an issue with her comb for probably over a month. She seems to be healthy otherwise and I'm thinking it could just be injury but I want to make sure it's not something more. It looks a bit paler than my other hens, it also looks dry and has some red marks.None of my other hens are having any issues.

Another picture, she also has some irritation on her earlobes it's not lumps, almost like she rubbed it raw.
