I have like 16 ladies that should all be laying. Only a few are laying dependently. Most of them are new layers. 7months. They have fresh water, continued access to egg maker laying feed with added omega ultra egg laying supplement and free access to oyster shell.
I let them Free range during the day but nobody seems to have any problems returning to the coop to lay and all 6 of us have check the yard repeatedly and haven't found any random nests.
Any ideas???????? I am at a loss

A lot of breeds don't lay daily, and free ranging chickens lay less eggs than confined hens due to them using more energy to run around.

We are going into shorter daylight hours, they will not be laying as much as in summer. If you want maximum output of eggs, you'll need to add a light in your coop to simulate 15 hours of daylight. As they get older (next year), they will stop laying to molt.

I have over 50 chickens and am getting 3-5 eggs a day.

Only way to know for sure is to coop them up for a few days.
They can be very sneaky about hiding a nest.

Free range birds sometimes need to be 'trained'(or re-trained) to lay in the coop nests, especially new layers.
Leaving them locked in the coop for 2-3 days can help 'home' them to lay in the coop nests.
They can be confined to coop 24/7 for a few days to a week, or confine them at least until mid to late afternoon.
You help them create a new habit and they will usually stick with it. ..at least for a good while, then repeat as necessary.
