From what we've heard these are 2 New Hampshire Pullets but we aren't sure.

They're not easy to see through that wire, but based on what I can make out of them, they certainly could be New Hampshires. At this point, they are too young to sex accurately. I would suggest posting their pics again in about 6 weeks (without the wire in the way).
