Was fine last night. I let them out to free range this morning and notice he looks like his head is pulled slightly to the right and he's doing circles. No injury and the rest of his siblings and his 2 co-parenting moms are all fine. Its been rainy and moist here and I wonder if it a the bedding hay in the coop.Any ideas?
 
Sounds like wry neck. Someone else who knows more about it can chime in, but I think this can be cured with vitamin supplements.

First thing I would try is feeding him a good multi vitamin supplement. Especially vitamin B and E is what I think is needed. Make sure he gets a dose daily or if you are adding to water that he is drinking. You probably need to do this for a few weeks before seeing improvement. You should check the expiration date on your feed also.
If it's not vitamin deficiency, then it could be an inner ear infection or worse case is neurological or tumor related.
